Identificar errores u omisiones en los informes y brindar retroalimentación constructiva a los peritos para su corrección.
Interpretar documentos jurídicos clave (Certificados de Tradición, escrituras públicas y licencias de construcción).
Consultar y analizar planes y esquemas de ordenamiento territorial (POT/EOT).
¿Qué buscamos?
Formación: Profesionales o estudiantes de últimos semestres (máximo 1 materia pendiente para grado) en Ingeniería Catastral, Civil, Topográfica, Arquitectura, Gestión y Desarrollo Urbano.
Conocimientos técnicos: Indispensable lectura de documentos jurídicos inmobiliarios y manejo de normativa de ordenamiento territorial.
Herramientas: Manejo intermedio de herramientas Office.
Perfil: Buscamos personas detallistas, estables y con gran sentido de responsabilidad.
