-Brindar soporte técnico a usuarios internos.
-Configurar y administrar equipos corporativos (Windows y macOS).
-Gestionar altas, bajas y cambios de usuarios.
-Administrar dispositivos mediante herramientas MDM.
-Dar soporte a redes locales y conectividad.
-Apoyar a los equipos de desarrollo en la configuración de ambientes locales.
-Colaborar en tareas operativas básicas de AWS.
-Mantener documentación técnica actualizada.
-Participar en iniciativas de automatización y mejora continua.
