Your mission

• Effectuer des études de marché sur les différents segments immobiliers (Bureau, Résidentiel, Industrie)
• Collecter des données sur le terrain à partir des projets immobiliers (immeubles, bureaux, locaux commerciaux)
• Recenser les nouveaux projets immobiliers (résidentiel, commercial, bureaux)
• Relever les coordonnées GPS et autres informations spécifiques
• Noter les caractéristiques principales des projets : type de projet, état d’avancement, nombre d’unités, promoteur, etc.
• Interagir avec les agents commerciaux pour obtenir des détails sur les projets
• Compléter les formulaires numériques ou papiers avec les informations collectées
• Vérifier la qualité et la précision des données avant transmission

Your profile

• Formation en immobilier, commerce, statistiques ou domaine connexe
• Expérience en collecte de données ou en étude de marché (un atout)
• Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
• Bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
• Poste basé sur le terrain avec déplacements réguliers.
